Positive: First and foremost, the host Salvatore is among the best hosts you will find = extremely helpful and responsive, patient, sends clear and extensive instructions and directions, met us near the dock after we got off the boat shuttle… just a great host. The accommodations are in a good location and the restaurant just outside the front door was the best dining experience we had in Venice. That restaurant hosted a party one night and the noise was audible in the apartment but other than that there were no noise issues. The apartment was clean and the washing machine worked well. The apartment is on the second floor so there is a flight of stairs.
Negative: The shower partially flooded the bathroom but Salvatore was quick to respond and fix it. There was no silverware to be found.
Summary: Good stay with an excellent host

Positive: Design perfectly suitable for Venice, reflected in every little detail. Modern facilities, pretty much everything you need to enjoy the stay (fluffy towels, bath robes, slippers, treats etc). All the guidance you need before check in, self check in, but very prompt and responsive host. The location is very quite, though very central, few walking minutes from main attractions
Negative: -
Summary: Exceptional accommodation for Venice, from usability to design!

Positive: Fantastic home and experience. The owner provided very clear instruction videos on how to get to the apartment. The place itself is amazing. Very clean, very comfortable. Really nice bed and in a quiet location so we got a very good night's rest. The owners are real Murano glassmakers; make sure to visit the store near San Marco. There are many lovely restaurants nearby, full of locals, not many tourists. The baker's around the corner is amazing.
Summary: Luxurious, spacious and comfortable home in a gorgeous quiet area
