Positive: Location location location. Great location on the waterfront in Colaba. The breakfast is decent. Comfortable beds. And staff are helpful.

Negative: We had 2 Roma booked. They were fairly expensive. One room was a great size the 2nd room (305) is tiny and poor value for money. The furnishings are past their best.

Positive: Tbh I wouldn’t choose to stay there again . It’s a bit depressing .

Negative: It’s fine but hotel is quite hard to find as it’s behind another hotel & on the 3rd floor . Building suffers from humidity & rooms need a bit of TLC but in fairness it’s clean . Staff not super friendly, I’m sure there are better hotels in same price range .

Summary: Quite relieved to check out .

Positive: Very clean and close to everything in Colaba The staff made the stay very nice. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and super helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant never failed. I wasn’t expecting such great food at a hotel this size. We actually stayed in and ate at the hotel just to try everything on the menu instead of going to the trendy Colaba most nights! We will definitely revisit some day.

Negative: We had no problems during our stay. The rooms have safes in them but we felt very uncomfortable leaving our valuables out.
