Positive: Location, Staff extremely helpful.

Negative: Attention to detail in room. Room for 2 with kettle and tea/coffee tray, but only one cup and no spoon. No hand towels on first day. Adjoining door had been left unlocked.

Positive: This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire time in India! As we travelled to 5 cities, we went to many hotels, but Ascot exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, the rooms were very pretty and had a lot of space, we were able to have a room right next to our other family members, the breakfast was complimentary and delicious, the staff was always smiling and friendly (Nayim was especially helpful getting everything we needed), and it was very easy to get a taxi to wherever we needed to go that was farther away. It is in a great location and you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the Gateway of India from here. We look forward to coming back here in the future!
