Positive: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean and had a great view, and the breakfast every day was very fresh and very generous portion sizes. This hotel is also in a great location for hiking. Overall my friends and I had a great stay and we would recommend this hotel!

Negative: We didn't realise that it may be a little difficult driving up to the hotel in a rental car as it is quite rocky, but this was maybe our fault for not researching enough.

Positive: Excellent host.

Negative: It's hard to find a place. In my opinion, the price is extremely high and doesn't correspond to the level of service provided. The price only reflects the rush demand. It's impossible to sit properly on the toilet because one side is pressed against the sink. As a tip: I'd prefer to have a kettle and two cups right in the room, rather than having to ask the hosts to boil water every time.

Positive: A good new apartment house in the southern part of Theth. With beautiful views and is located in a chilly area. The breakfast was simple but superb and our host Ardit is really a very nice person. The beds were cosy, the window shutters work well, so we slept well in a big, clean 4-bed room. Some smaller rooms face a poultry yard with some roosters, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. It is close to the Grunas waterfall. The village "center" is 15 minutes away. We were not hunting for the cheapest place to stay this one is really a category above.

Negative: There are some minor improvements that should be made (f.e.: more hangers for the towels, more chairs). I am sure this will happen soon.

Positive: Brand new, sparkling clean and super cozy! What really makes this place special are the people. The owners and staff welcome you with genuine warmth and treat you like part of their family. You don’t just feel like a guest here – you feel completely at home. The food deserves a special mention: not only were the breakfasts fresh and tasty , but in the evenings we were treated to fantastic home-cooked dinners prepared with so much love. Every meal felt like a celebration of local flavors! The location is excellent too – peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet very convenient for visiting all the highlights of Theth. Whether you’re heading to the Blue Eye, Grunas Waterfall, or just taking a stroll to the nearby church, everything is close by. Thanks a lot!!

Positive: It’s a family business and the owner is very helpful. Answers on booking and was very helpful and service full to all our questions. The location is great and breakfast is hand made by the owning family, very modern rooms compare to the surroundings and the view is really breathtaking
