Positive: A cute family-run villa where they were always available and helped us when we needed . The room was comfortable, cozy. One of the villa's biggest advantages is its location right across the bridge from the main road. This allows you to completely bypass driving on the bumpy gravel road of Theth when entering and exiting the village. Breakfast each morning was excellent, home made with a pastoral view. As a quick heads-up for the region, power supply in Theth can be spotty, electricity in the rooms is limited, though basic lighting works. Bringing a portable power bank for your mobile devices is a good idea, and you can always use the main refrigerator on the ground floor.
Negative: Adding a small stool in the bathroom to place my stuff and towels will be helpful.

Positive: We had such a lovely stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious homemade breakfast, including fresh vegetables from her own garden and freshly baked food. You could really feel how much love and care she puts into everything. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Positive: We stayed for three days. The location is excellent for visiting Grunas Waterfall and the Blue Eye. It is situated away from the village center and its bustle, making it a pleasant and quiet spot. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the place is clean.Friendly host.There is parking place.The view from windows.and balcony(shared balcony).
Negative: The toilet and shower cabin area in the room is very small, undivided space with no curtain; when you shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. There is nowhere to hang towels. In our opinion—and despite the positive aspects we mentioned—the price is high relative to the value provided.we paid 120 eur per day.. It is also important to note that there are stairs to climb to reach the room. There is no heating in the room snd after shower after a long day of hiking is needed when it is cold outside ,

Positive: The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The room is lovely and a great bed including two pillows. Dinner looked fantastic but we didn’t eat here.
Negative: We stayed in another guest house for three nights in the same village but they were fully booked so we had to move. It was half the price. They had electric heating, slippers, complimentary water and glasses in the room. They also provided as many coffees for breakfast as we wanted. I think there is room for improvement especially at the high room rate.

Negative: The bathroom has no privacy with a clear glass door on it. The stairs leading up to the room are very narrow and the breakfast is served cold.
Summary: I appreciated the warm bed but overall the accommodation doesn’t hold its value on the price per night.

Positive: It’s a bit more expensive and for the price, we expected a bit more comfort, like for example heating (travelled in September and had 5-12 degrees and a mix of sunny and rainy days). However, Theth is a super remote village and things happen like sometimes the electricity is down. So putting everything into context - the villa is perfectly located directly next to the river, crazy beautiful view from the terrace, the room is small, but the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Last but not least, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, flexible and lovely. 😍 and breakfast is perfect before a hike! Can highly recommend staying there in case you want to have a cozy comfort zone after exhausting hikes!
