Positive: Great location and very, very warm and friendly hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and you can really feel how much the owners care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the dinner — everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. We absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay!

Positive: Fine hostel/motel type accommodation. Really welcoming staff and good breakfast. Very close to the centre of Theth. Very basic room but fine for one night. Power kept going off but suspect that is just a problem in Theth, due to its remoteness. Fine table on the balcony outside room for evening drinks.
Negative: Beds a bit uncomfortable and basic as was the bathroom. Overpriced compared to Shkodër but not so much choice in Theth.
Summary: Fine place to stay in Theth, but basic and pricey.

Negative: Small detail but we were missing a mirror in the room and some hooks to hang your towels/clothes.

Positive: Basically everything. Very genuine experience, with hosts actually doing the job by making guests feel welcome, preparing and serving food, making sure fire is burning G the evening and more. If you look for "cosy", this is the place to stay.
Negative: An extra towel for on the bathroom floor or a squeegee to push the water would be useful. Minor improvement.

Positive: Very convenient walk from the bus drop. Easy access to various sites, trails, and good eateries. Florian is a kind and involved host. He and his family have done an excellent job creating and presenting an attractive, comfortable, friendly place. Breakfasts were great.
Negative: This guesthouse is very definitely a social place, with lots of late night talk and laughter in the courtyard just below the bedroom windows. If that is not your thing, some other hotel or guest house may be a better fit for you.
