Negative: Didn’t like that it was cold, didn’t have any amenities and that there were no car that drop you off in front of the hotel. You have to drag your luggage two blocks away to get picked up by uber. Not only that, you have to drag your luggage in the crowed shopping Galerie bumping in to the crowd. Not a good thing.

Positive: Location is fantastic. Great for sightseeing. Perfect! Staff are BRILLIANT- so friendly and helpful. Absolutely no request is a problem- the staff help with anything and everything with huge politeness and kindness. Staff are definitely the saving grace for this hotel. Thank you to all the team for your help- you are all superstars!

Negative: Really noisy air con and bathroom fan that cannot be controlled from inside the room. So sleep disturbed all night. Shower door that doesn’t shut properly so floor floods and creates slipping danger. Mould on shower wall.

Summary: Amazing staff and location, room just passable.

Positive: The hotel location is perfect if you want to visit Brussels. 100m again from La grand place and in between 2 tube stations and plenty of restaurants so a very good place to start visiting Brussels. Last but not least: nested under the roof of one of my favorite place: Les galeries Saint Hubert

Negative: The bathroom (64) suffer from a conceptual defect resulting in have the bathroom flooded after a shower then unfortunately the services are not delivering what is excepted from such hotel. The cleaning service is not satisfying: bottle of water, milk, shampoo, and other stuff missing or not replaced we had to ask for ; fully autonomous reception was not working despite the fact that I followed all the required steps (check in before the stay etc…) as a result of this so called autonomous reception, the service at the reception is very poor for this hotel level even if fortunately for me some human ms were there to help with the check in…

Summary: Wonderful location but poor service…

Negative: A bit noisy till 10pm when cafes close in the Galleries.

Positive: Very good location. so closed to grand place, hotel is situated wirhin the famous Galleries Arcade. Walking distance from Central sration and to tourist sights. There are so many cafes n restaurants near hotel Will recommend this hotel.

Negative: The shower area without door or shower curtain to prevent water splashed. Room was quite cramped. No fridge in the hotel.

Positive: Location was right in the middle of great bars and restaurants and next to the Galeries. It was about 10mins walk down the hill from Brussels central train station. The breakfast staff were pleasant.

Negative: 2 different groups of people were able to enter our room just after we checked in. When we went to ask the front desk what happened they didn't seem that interested or concerned that other keys appeared to work for our rooms. The breakfast was a poor offering for what the price was. Some juice with a few pieces of cheese and ham and grapes does not make for a great start to the day.

Summary: Well presented room in a great location for bars/Restaurants <10mins walk from train station
