Positive: 1. Very central location. It is possible to walk to most of the attractions in the city. 2. The host, Farid, is very nice and friendly. Handed us the keys and explained everything in detail in person and via whatsapp. 3. All the kitchen utilities are present. 4. There is an iron and an ironing board. 5. They let us store our luggage before check-in. 6. Check-out was very easy, just dropping the key into a box at the entrance. 7. The bathroom was spacious.

Negative: 1. There was no AC, just two fans. We were there in late May, and it was very humid. Having no AC is not feasible. 2. There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street and drunk people until 3-4 am, but in this central location I guess this is to be expected. But when you close the windows, it is possible to get rid of most of the noise. 3. The beds are not very comfy and a little bit squeaky. 4. The rooms and the furniture are a bit dated.

Summary: Very central location, If they add an AC, I would stay there again.

Positive: The location of this property is top notch. Grand plac is only few meters of walk, restaurants and Carrefour nearby. Delirium village ( for beer lovers) is only few minutes away. I cannot praise the location more enough. There is a small restaurant called LAFEH ( Lebanese kebab) below the property do try that. The staff ( IMAM) were very accommodating even allowed us to drop our luggage early. The property is sufficient enough to accommodate 4 people. The amenities were decent enough. Coffee sugars and also a welcome chocolate were kept. Thank you for having us.

Negative: The water pressure in shower is very bad. If that could be fixed it would be helpful.
