Positive: The apartment is cozy and very well organised, fully equipped to make you feel like at home. It was clean and the temperature was very pleasant (we visited in December). The location is perfect, very close to the Grand Place and the main tourist areas, yet the apartment is very quiet and we felt safe. The owner is extremely kind, very easy communication, plus he gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and activities

Negative: The apartment is located in a historic building which could be better maintained.

Positive: Lovely little apartment with everything you need.

Negative: As others have mentioned the entrance/hallway is lacking, however this is of no fault of the owners as it’s communal and in no way ruined the stay. There is nothing bad about the property itself or any of its facilities! Hence still full stars!

Positive: On the day of our arrival as soon as the cleaning was done, we could go to the accommodation without having to wait until 3 PM. The hosts were very kind, we received fruit, chocolate and even coffee capsules for the coffee maker. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the TV worked as well. Due to its central location, there were restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great time here😊.

Positive: The host was very nice and even was willing to help when it came to public transport and how to reach the airport, super friendly and very welcoming, also always available, the hairdryer got stolen but he made sure to get another one for us and even gifted us some chocolates as a way to say sorry. Definitely will come back again when i will go in Brussels.
