Summary: We loved this hotel. The bed was huge and so comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Short walk to station and also to town over the bridge. Free mini bar and chocolate violin a very welcome touch.

Summary: We loved the hotel, not good value for money though we felt. The breakfast was great, the service at breakfast was poor, terribly disjointed. Wonderful girl Leah was let down by the rest of the staff. Rude and unaware we were waiting ages for service which they were to provide. Older gentleman was one of the rudest and possibly the manager girl all in black. We know you can do better! We won’t be back when you pay over €400 a night you should receive better.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! Room was huge, clean and i definitely felt like i got what i had paid for it. Staff was great and helpful. It's also very conveniently located near the Maastricht central train station by only a 5 min walk. (Tip: park at the train station garage)
