Positive: If you're looking for a relatively cheap and centrally located place to stay, you don't need any luxury and you don't mind that everything is a bit old and worn down, this is a decent place to stay. It doesn't deserve the rating it gets. Perhaps if they would be advertising it as anything other than the above, which they don't.

Negative: If your looking for perfectly cleaned rooms and luxury, best stay somewhere else. Also, it's an old and poorly isolated building, so expect noise from inside and outside

Positive: The location is simply perfect. You are 200 meters from the train station and right in the city centre. Also, the room was on the third floor, so you could see from the window the top view of the centre. You had all the basics you need. Also, the staff was friendly and kept our luggage for the day after we checked out. Also, they have a small food court downstairs where you can get some food if you want.

Negative: I mean, the hotel needs maintenance. Like there is mold in some places, the window frame was rotting and the paint was a bit falling off in some places. So if you expect something fancy, you don't get it. But if you just need to sleep and chill a bit, it has everything you need, everything worked, the bed was simple but comfortable and clean.
