Summary: Very unique property in an ancient building. The rook was very good and clean with comfortable bed. Ac worked great. Great location in town and close to airport. Not on the beach, but we’re spending the next week on the water

Summary: The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829!

Summary: The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner.

Summary: Air conditioning kept the room cool Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had a great meal at the restaurant on site. They did not offer any items that you may need for sale water as such. We would stay again. Hotels pretty neat being so old. Staff was exceptional
