Positive: One stop shop ie convenience store, bar, restaurant, pool, etc.

Negative: RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Quality didn't match the price; you're paying for convenience, not luxury. Long walk on steep hills from rooms to main building that has the accommodations. Lights in room seemed very low. Felt like I was squinting after the sun set. Hate that you can't enjoy a cigar or cigarette on the property. With rooms being at a minimum of $300+ per night, smoker patrons should at least have a designated area, to include their own balcony.
