Summary: We stayed here for close proximity to hiking. The house was clean and served our purpose perfectly. There was plenty of space and sleeping options. The hot tub was a wonderful place to recover after long days of hiking. Leadville provided some great food options. We would stay here again for future mountain vacations.

Summary: Great location with quick access to Leadville, grocery store, etc. Was a great base for skiing at Cooper and Copper. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed lounging in the living room and relaxing in the sauna.
