Summary: This was a very nice place to stay in Leadville. It is an older house, so it wasn't possible to open the windows to cool the bedrooms at night but other than that we enjoyed the stay. We definitely hope to stay there again if we can.

Summary: Zinnia is a great short or long-term option in Leadville if you can afford multiple nights. Great location, clean, and just buckets of charm. Like any older home, don't expect a ton of USB charging options, but we've always loved this place. We've stayed there multiple days twice. Quieter part of town, too.

Summary: Biggest problem was the floor. The floor is not flat or level. Problem walking from the entry area into the living room. Not good for seniors.
