Summary: This cute house is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Very cozy and perfectly situated for touring the Leadville town and surrounding area.

Summary: Overall the property just what you would expect for the price and works great for place to stay while you’re hitting the slopes. I would say worst thing about the property are the hosts. They live on the property. They were rude to my guest. The man came off as very aggressive/combative when speaking to my guests. They were constantly around the house and looking through the windows. It was super weird. I have never experienced that before. Overall very affordable and clean place to stay long as you don’t mind a lookee Lou and a peeping Tom.

Summary: Quaint, cozy house. Perfect for our needs to acclimate to the altitude before our niece’s wedding nearby. WiFi and tv reception was excellent. Close in walking distance or short drive to everything needed. Management company was responsive to any questions we had.

Summary: A friend and I planned a trip to Leadville to hike one of the local 14ers. It was a short trip, in on Friday night, out on Sunday morning (came from out of state), and this little house was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, small kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, and front room with TV was all we needed. Proximity to Downtown is walkable in about 10 minutes, and there is a dollar store close enough to walk to for any last minute items (as well as a liquor store). The local bike path passes right beside the house, which is very convenient for casual cyclists or the more serious kind as well.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our time here. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the furniture felt a bit tired, especially the room that had broken blinds, dresser and headboard. Great location.
