Positive: Location: on the edge of Mesa with views of the Superstition Mountains and easy access to Tonto National Forest, Usury Mountain Park, and the Apache Trail. Nature: it really is an oasis. The property has beautiful cactus gardens and a trail behind next to Maricopa park with many saguaros chollas and other native plants. Family: time to relax with sisters and a cousin. Host: despite some issues caused by the prior tenant the host and cleaning crew worked hard to fix what issues they could. They were very responsive to our needs. Downstairs is beautifully decorated and the master bedroom and bath are great.

Negative: The guest prior had caused some damage which caused cosmetic problems but did not detract from our enjoyment. There were not enough outside chairs for 3 people or any seating on the balcony. Use of the spa and upstairs shower (plumbing installed backwards so hot is cold and cold is hot) were confusing. Stairs were steep and hard to get large luggage up or down. Pool not heated so we didn’t get to use it.

Summary: Three sisters went to Phoenix to reconnect, relax and enjoy the scenery.

Positive: The house was exactly what was described. Located in gated mountain community 7 minutes from Usery Park. Great trails. Amenities close. Freeways quick and easy to navigate. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Plenty of necessary items in house. Just bring family and food. Neighbors very nice. Location perfect for family in Mesa, San tan valley, Queen Creek and Phoenix to meet and spend time together.

Negative: Upstairs shower did not get hot. No instructions about what to do with pool sweeper. I always had in ground system. We just swam around it. Not a big deal, but would have liked instructions. Front door locks only by pressing lined button, no code needed.
