Summary: Property manager (owner) was very accommodating prior to arrival and even purchased a golf cart for us to use while in this 'Snowbird' park in Arizona. Everything looked great on arrival until we realized there was no dining table & chairs (borrowed card table & chairs), no BBQ, minimal linen so had to borrow, minimal dishware, had to pay at laundromat for laundry, no daily cleaning tools, bathroom sink & tub had no plugs. Could tell the place was 'rushed ready' to accommodate renters as a surface only cleaning was done and baseboards had been removed but not replaced and nails were protruding out so I removed avoiding to cut fingers while washing floor. This is a single wide trailer and rent was definitely overpriced. Did some major cleaning and was promised a refund by the owner but this has not been received so very disappointed.
