Summary: The house was used for our soccer team of 13-14 year old girls in town for a tournament. Quote from the girls, "This is the best house we've ever stayed in!" The house had plenty of room for the team and everything we needed for our stay and for entertainment. The host, Rachel, was very responsive to questions and very helpful. The house was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend for your large group or team!

Summary: My softball team and I stayed at Rachel’s property and had a fantastic stay. Very spacious with many amazing features, including large rooms, bathrooms, and multiple laundry rooms. The backyard is incredibly large and with many fun activities for all, including a heated pool, mini putt putt golf course, and a large bbq grill as well as an outdoor wood burning pizza stove. Would definitely stay again, only negative is only being able to have a few cars in the drive way and aren’t able to park on the street. However there is a park right behind the property that you’re able to park extra cars at if needed :)

Summary: We were in town for a baseball tournament at cactus yards. The house was in a good location for highway access and so convenient to grocery store! The house was actually more beautiful in person than the pictures and that pretty much never happens. We had 13 guests with 6 adults and 7 kids, everyone had plenty of space and the rooms were beautifully designed. The girls LOVED the Barbie space and the boys LOVED the Mario room. The pool was amazing and so warm. The backyard was big and well taken care of. There are QR codes throughout the house to help work things that may not be obvious. The host checked in with us throughout the stay and while we didn’t have any issues come up I’m very confident they would have been taken care of. You could really feel that the owners love the home and care about their guests! The 2 sets of laundry machines were amazing for a busy baseball weekend too! The only possible downside I can think of is that the back gate to the park was padlocked. I understand it’s because of snakes and critters so totally understand but we ended up not using the park much because no one wanted to walk all the way around. And by “all the way”, it’s really only a block but we had lots of kids and they weren’t always on the same page of what to play and when to play it! We didn’t bring this up during the stay because it just wasn’t a huge deal but if the park is a big selling point for you, might be worth double checking. Would definitely rent again!! Thank you!!!

Summary: We had a great time! The kids and adults loved the pool and putting holes. The park was a great hit too. They played volleyball, basketball, and were on the playground. The cabinets in the kitchen had shelves labelled making it easy to return items. The themed room were fun for everyone. Appreciated an upstairs and downstairs laundry which helped with keeping up with towels and swimsuits. The outside of the property was well maintained and attractive. The host answered questions quickly. The only problem we saw was the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was not fastened to toilet (appeared the nuts for bolts were stripped) and needs to be replaced or nuts on bolts changed.

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a great location for large families traveling together. The included heated pool was a godsend as was the park right next door. My grandkids loved the specialty rooms! My only drawback is that, although it's got a lot for kids, it's also not super kid friendly. Just be aware there are a lot of breakable knickknacks that aren't child proof.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of wide-ranging ages. There was something for everyone’s interests. The girls loved the Barbie Room, all of the kids loved the Mario Room and easy access to the park, and everyone enjoyed the nicely heated pool. We had great fun with competitions on the putting greens. There is ample seating inside and outside for meals and hanging out. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay,
