Positive: The room was a good size with plenty of natural light from large windows. However, the walls are very thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The bathroom was quite narrow, but the hot water and water pressure were both very good. The staff were friendly and helped us with a few queries during our stay. The location is convenient, about three blocks from the main square.

Negative: One major downside is the gym almost directly across the road, which starts blasting loud music from 5 a.m. every day. Because of this, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Positive: Just a perfect little place to stay while visiting Estelí. Spotlessly clean, excellent location, super nice staff, free coffee and drinks and excellent price for what you get!

Positive: The room has AC and a fan which was nice. Very friendly staff and also very clean. Its good for a short stay.

Positive: Nice clean room. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment . The staff were really friendly helpful and kind. We had a problem and needed to leave a day early staying 2 nights not 3. They refunded the third night without question. This is great customer service and shows that they care . There was always a staff member in the building to help if any problems .

Positive: Luxury room with very comfortable bed Kind helpful staff (If you travel from Esteli to Leon, there is only one direct afternoon bus around 15.00, but it’s also possible to take a bus towards Managua almost all day and make a transfer to Leon in San Isidro) Close to the city center

Negative: No free drinking water (they ran out during our stay and didn’t refill) Quite far from the bus terminal

Positive: Really nice hotel, right next to the main street in Esteli. Kitchen and rooms were perfectly clean and everthing worked well. Friendly and kind staff they was always willing to help (no english but it worked in spanish with the translator).

Negative: Only the walking distance to the busterminal was about 30min. By taxi not that far maybe 5min.
