Positive: The location was excellent very close to the city center.

Negative: The price could had been better. Bathroom needs better cleaning inside the shower.

Positive: Location is in the center and there are plenty of places to eat close. One staff member was very helpful and offered ideas for an excursion. Room and common areas were clean. View from sitting area was beautiful.

Negative: After 2nd day the Bathroom had very bad smell. Another staff member was unable to process credit card transaction and advised we pay cash. Fortunately two days later another staff member was able to process credit card payment. 2 flights of spiral stairs were difficult for caring luggage. Staff never offered clean towels or to clean room in 4 night stay. Male staff member was always using telephone and had to be interrupted if you needed assistance.
