Positive: The location is good, the staff is nice & friendly

Negative: The entrance is messy and dusty. They didn’t turn the light outside off in the night so we had to sleep in the bright room for the whole night.

Positive: The Hotel has a central location to the downtown area, historical sites, restaurants, coffee shops, barber, Beauty shops, convenience store, and pharmacy It is in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly and quickly respond and assist with any issue. Responded to and corrected a problem immediately.

Summary: My stay was peaceful and pleasant. I will stay at Hong My Hotel on future visits to Kon Tum.
