Positive: The room we had was spacious and very clean! The huge windows opened to a very nice balcony, which overlooked a simple neighborhood street with fresh food sellers on the corners. There is a Vincom Mall just a short walk away with a huge WinMart on the upper floor. The Nguyen Legends coffee shop on the ground floor has good hot lattes.

Negative: Being awakened at 3:30 a.m. by the very loud pounding on the cutting blocks of the meat sellers chopping their meat on the sidewalk directly below our window! Yes, on the sidewalk. This lated until around 5 a.m. I spoke with the receptionist about this, and she apologized and then said, "Yes, we are working on fixing that. I don't want to give a poor review because of the neighbors; but this cannot continue if the hotel wants to be successful going forward.
