Positive: The staff was absolutely lovely. The hotel is a rather unique structure. Not cookie-cutter at all, so there is a lot of nice character throughout. All the rooms I saw seemed unique from each other and had plenty of space, something many hotels seemed to lack. There was a nice garden area by the lobby. There was a Yamaha acoustic guitar in the lobby, which they let me play. Getting back to the people at the hotel. They were kind and accommodating and a pleasure to be around. Whenever we sat in the lobby area, they would always offer to bring out Vietnamese coffee or tea. The location was close enough to walk many places, but hailing a Grab car was very easy.

Negative: My biggest problem was that my hot shower would go cold within a couple of minutes. I would turn off the water when it got cold, stand there wet and soap up and turn it back on and it would usually get hot enough to quickly finish the task at hand. The shower itself was very nice. I just wish the water wasn't so unreliable. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor, I hope you're not carrying heavy luggage. I hate to write anything even remotely critical, because we enjoyed being there and would probably book it again, if we return to Kon Tum.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic. Great location 👌 Private parking. Staff can't do enough to help. Very quirky design a lot of thought has been inputed. Lovely shower 🚿.

Positive: the house itself has something of a fairy tale to it. the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are decorated accordingly with a wooden bed and table which is a nice touch. it also has a beautiful garden.

Positive: Room design was rustic and beautiful. The location was amazing. And the plants and fish ponds were relaxing.

Negative: The room lacked a couple modern items. No fridge, no ironing board and no fan. And my gf was disappointed in the thin blanket.
