Positive: The house is clean, cosy, useful. The location is perfect. Design is perfect. Vicente, owner of the house, is warmful, helpful. He told us where we should visit in 2 days. We recommend here to stay.

Positive: The property was a real hidden gem and very much felt like a home from home. The host, Vincente, deserves a special mention. Not only was he there to greet us on arrival, he also gave us a map upon which he had highlighted interesting places for us to visit and directions how to get to them. In addition, he made a restaurant reservation for us at a place he had recommended. All in all, the whole experience was faultless. Thank you Vincente!

Negative: The only downside of our visit was we couldn't stay longer!

Positive: An amazingly comfortable, well appointed apartment. With 2 comfortable single beds and large living room/kitchen. Bedroom very quiet, with en-suite shower room. Kitchen had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook instead of eating out (but we didn’t!!, too many wonderful restaurants nearby) Host, Vincente, met us and gave us brilliant detailed recommendations for places to visit, things to do and restaurants to eat in. He was also very kind and allowed us to store our bags on our last day, for a late check out. Would thoroughly recommend

Positive: The owner was an absolute delight to deal with. Very nice, prompt and reliable in communication. The apartment has an excellent location, a stone throw away from the center yet still in a quiet street for relaxing. The apartment has everything one could need for a stay ( all the facilities listed), is clean and homely. The owner welcomes you with water, beer, coffee and milk, while the toiletries are all also available. 10\10 would recommend without a doubt.

Negative: The beds are comfortable enough for adults, while the couch that extends to a bed would be most appropriate for the kids, teenagers.

Positive: Our family of 4 spent a week in this apartment in central Valencia. The location is very convenient, everything you need is literally in a walking distance. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished, also the kitchen is well equipped. All was very clean. As we always travel light we also appreciated that washing machine was available to us. The host Vicente is very professional, friendly, always ready to help/ or share tips where to go or what to see. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. We would not hesitate to come again. Top!

Positive: We loved everything about our stay at the property. The flat is in a central location in a lovely neighbourhood with every main attraction at walking distance. The host met us at the property, showed us around in details and was exceptionally welcoming and nice. He gave us tips and advices for our stay; also checked with us mid-stay that everything was going well. He was available for any questions and prompt in his responses. The flat was clean, cosy and spacious with all the facilities you might need, from hair dryer to iron. Everything was in working order. The host provided us with complementary bottles of water and drinks. We are happy with every aspect of our stay and we would definately recommend it! Thank you for making our stay special!

Positive: Our three-day stay at this property was absolutely delightful. The place offered all the amenities we could possibly need, creating a truly homely atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with an array of utensils and quality coffee, was a real treat. The property's location was also a big plus, offering tranquility on a quiet street while still being within easy reach of the city center, bars, and restaurants. Vicente was also an amazing host. When he welcomed us, he gave us a quick overview of the house and the city, as also great tips on what to do and where to go. He's a great match to the property. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
