Positive: The property was central and leas than 10min walk to the main square. It was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning in every room was such a luxury in the extreme heat. The two bathrooms were a great addition when travelling with a group. The building was very secure and quiet and you felt safe. The communication with the host was efficient and friendly. Loved the small balcony to sit out with our morning coffees. Couldn’t fault it.

Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Summary: Really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this accomodation

Positive: It is perfect in all possible ways. Negatives are overweighted by the quality of everything

Negative: No dishwasher. Building is not well sound proof, we had no problems until last couple of days when we started hearing neighbors above moving chairs and flushing toilets. BUT! This is nothing compared to the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommend.

Positive: Location was fantastic and on a quiet street. Very walkable to the sights of old town Valencia, a bakery downstairs that opened at 8am, and a grocery store that opened at 9am. Stocked kitchen, a bathroom for each room was convinient, extremely clean. Host was very responsive.

Negative: Beds were firmer than anticipated, towels had an overpowering smell, wish parking was cheaper.
