This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Summary: Simple 1bdrm location with spacious living room, great for 2-3 people to come back from a day of exploring. 1 queen and one fold-out twin bed for sleeping arrangements and a stove top worked perfectly for what we wanted as a starting point for our trip! Host was accommodating and responsive to our requests.

Summary: We stayed three days clean, quiet and roomy. Friendly people to deal with and icecream every night. Rode sxs right from the cabin and into town for fuel and other connecting trails. would recommend to anyone and when we do come back we will be staying at Home Base.
