This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

Summary: The place is very clean. No complaints about that. I was disappointed that there was no TV in the bedroom and it’s right next to the freeway. I slept on the couch because the bedroom was too noisy from the semi truck all night on the freeway.

Summary: The home was well appointed and the people we met were friendly and courteous. It is bigger than it appears, with lots of space to relax and there are two AC/heat units to ensure a comfortable stay. Good Internet access. My only complaint is that you can hear the freeway. I highly recommend staying here!

Summary: I was working in the Richfield area and decided to ditch the hotel idea and stay in a house. It was awesome! I had my dogs too. Of note - the National Forest is a mile up the road so great place to let the dogs run off leash. Will stay again for sure!
