This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with three twin beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Summary: Nice location and the store clerk is super sweet!! The one thing that caught me off guard is the smoking policy. It's listed currently as no smoking, which most rentals are anyways, but usually smoking or vaping is allowed away from the house or property. This was a completely smoke and vape free property/campground type also totally fine but it would have been nice to know prior to arriving and actually in the VRBO listing. All in all, great spot and would be back again.

Summary: We had a really good time staying at the Home Base Resort in Joseph, Ut. It was close to all yhe places we wanted to go, including Richfield, San Rafael and Freemont State Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were very pleased with this stay! Our kids loved the upstairs where they stayed. They thought it was a fun/ cool setup. 😁 The bedroom my husband and I stayed in had a comfortable bed and spacious! The accommodations for our pets was the icing on the cake for us! We hope to stay here again next time we visit family here.
