Positive: Stunning view Clean rooms Friendly staff

Negative: No fridge in the room No 24h reception No lunch or dinner, except when it’s ordered 48h in advance No turndown service No minibar No breakfast menu or buffet. Breakfast contains of some fruits and an egg dish. We were told at our last day, that there is more on request.

Summary: A wonderful place, but it is far away from being a five star hotel

Positive: Perfect place for the perfect vacation. We went for our honeymoon and it was simply amazing! Great room, territory, amazing breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. We have enjoyed every moment we stayed here.

Summary: Would highly reccomend to everybody,who wants to visit Big Island and is looking for a truly special experience!
