The Cottage sleeps 3 people in 600 sq ft. It is a true one bedroom and not a studio. It has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size bed. It also has a queen-size pull-out sleeper bed as outlined above. There is also a modern washer/dryer in the Kitchen area.
In the cottage, it is not a full kitchen, it does not have a stove, it has an electric induction stove that has two spot. There is also microwave, oven and etc.
The Cottage only has AC in the bedroom.

The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area. Our system is monitored offsite. We upgraded our system to a commercial standard to accommodate those who wish to reliably stay in touch or pursue business work while vacationing here.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Kope cottage. Great location away from the touristy spots.Very private with beautiful views. House had everything we needed. We also rented the Tesla that was offered to us and thoroughly enjoyed that too. The only bad part was that we had to leave!

Summary: We were the first guests of the new owners of this beautiful property, there were minor hiccups but quickly solved and the interactions we had were lovely. We would stay here again for sure. The views were stunning. The elevation meant cool nights. We were away from tourists. And we fell in love with the little artistic town nearby. Snorking, beaches, good food, were all minutes away. Waimea and Parker Ranch were about an hour one direction. The volcanos were about 1.5 hours. Really perfect. We worked during the day and the wifi speed was great once connected.

Summary: The cottage was perfect. Stocked with everything needed and the view from the porch set the mood for a great start and end to each day. Landlords live on property was a plus with very helpful recommendations for activities and dinning. Coffee cultivation and roasting demonstration a rewarding additional benefit. Highly recommend property.

Summary: We wanted to stay a little off the center of Kona and found this amazing house. We stayed in the Kobe cottage. The views and the pool are amazing. Everything provided that you can think of and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Can fully recommend staying in this gem. Had an amazing stay!!!

Summary: the property was beautiful and our stay here was exactly everything that i could have hoped for. it was cozy and comfortably out of the way, and randy and atsumi were incredible hosts. couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Summary: Atsumi and Randall are wonderful hosts. The house is situated to have wonderful sunsets and out of the hustle of the town of Kona. The combination of coffee farm, quiet facilities and the opportunity to learn about physical exercise techniques like Gyrotonics is unique. Atsumi is a master of improving health through muscle work that is much different than typical weight lifting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Everything about this place is wonderful, from the incredible views to the sounds of the wildlife at night. I only wish we'd had more time to spend here, but we will definitely come back if we find ourselves on the Big Island again. Mahalo!
