Summary: I paid over $300 for a night. Not worth the money. Furniture looked cheap. One towel not clean. The Worst IHG hotel I ever stayed.

Summary: Upon check in we were not explained that we can get a credit for the arcade room, we were not explained about the movie and marshmallow options, I asked for a water boiler in the room given that the description mentions that either a coffee machine OR a water boiler was available in the room: I was told there was none, when we found out the marshmallow BBQ option we waited for 45 minutes to get access to a fire and when we finally got access, the marshmallow were gone. I asked for a few marshmallow now we could have access to the fire and was told I was asking after the end time of the service so had to wait for the next day! Is that a 4 star service ? What is the cost of a few marshmallow s? We got mad and décides not to spend any additional dollar in the hotel so we skipped the 20usd breakfasts and bought milk and bread at the local shop. I will never go again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Great facility with so much included. Great location for exploring the grand canyon. Especially loved the fragrance that greeted you when entering the foyer.

Summary: I needed to change my reservation and was not treated respectfully my manager because I had booked using a third part site. My daughter reserved same way with different pay and the hotel approved. I am elderly and didn’t quite understand but ended up paying over $700. For one night. The employee that checked me in was so courteous and thoughtful and understood why I was upset. I do understand there are rules but I believe there could have been an exception for at least one of the 3 nights. I usually book Hilton or Marriott as I have points but wanted to be with my family. Trips are infrequent with costs and it is not easy for retired people!!!!

Summary: Great hotel near the Grand Canyon entrance, with nice amenities and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor bar with relaxing seating and things to do. Room was very nice and comfortable.

Summary: Very fun activities are available for the whole family lots of games at the pool area. Witnessed large annd baby Elk grazing at the hotel entrance, adding to the fun! Highly Recommend.
