Summary: Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is i was not impressed with the restaurant on site. Great place to stay to visit Grand Canyon South rim. 15 minute drive to in park visitor center.

Summary: This hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. I also liked that our room came with a fridge and microwave as well as the free coffee and tea in the lobby. It was very close to the Grand Canyon entrance and the shuttle bus service was on time and picked up close to the hotel.

Summary: The staff was great. My daughter forgot her pillow on the property. The staff contacted and offered to ship it to my house for the cost of shipping. They are wonderful.

Summary: Didn't get to spend too much time here as this was our gateway to a Rim to Rim hike of the Grand Canyon, but the hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: We spent a super cozy night here before trekking canyon. The staff was top notch, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to the national park. 24 hour coffee and tea station was a great perk!

Summary: The room was nice. It was clean. It was in a great location. However the front staff was New staff. Just because people go up there as tourist doesn’t give staff the right to be rude.

Summary: Friendly staff, clean rooms. Free coffee for adults and free hot chocolate for the kids was a good plus. Less than 10 minutes from the park and a decent amount of restaurant nearby.
