Positive: The location is great, just next to Aeon Mall and Tenjin underground street mall Facilities in the unit are helpful, i.e., washing machine, dryer and etc

Positive: Location was great. Close to train lines with a convenience store right downstairs. Washing machine was handy as well as the clothes drying bathroom (check the manual in the kitchen). Quiet location too which was surprising. Make sure to take a pic of the final screen when you have registered in the lobby, you will need that number to open the key box.

Negative: Air was a bit dry but that's usual for winter in Japan. Maybe a few more coat hangers (plastic would be fine), to hang your clothes in the drying bathroom.

Summary: Excellent clean place well located near transport and shops.
