Summary: Our trip was very nice. Besides the fact that the first night we were there we left and forgot something and had to come back to the room to find one of the maids snooping around our room and taking pictures. There is no maid car outside of our door or anything And we kind of caught her off guard. You could tell it made her jump when we walked in the room very uneasy for the rest. She said she was just checking to make sure someone cleaned the room, but why didn’t she have her clean car outside? It was just a very uncomfortable feeling situation

Summary: The stay was amazing and we got upgraded, which was amazing and not sure how it happened, but it was amazing! The Valet service, specifically Addison was incredible. They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used a few more helpers as well.

Summary: Everything was great. The only critique was when we arrived it looked as if someone ate dinner in the lobby area and left their trash. We left the hotel for several hours and when we returned the trash was still there. However, that aside, everything with our experience was great. Our room was clean and in great shape.
