Positive: The house is beautiful in a beautiful location. The neighborhood is wonderful and very quiet. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, with adequate 5 bathrooms. It served our group of 12 perfectly 🥰. I love the interconnected bedroom which i guess is a family room which is ensuite. The house is actually on a waterfront. Sooo lovely. I gave the host 8 but didn't really meet or speak.

Negative: It took several calls before I could get the access instructions. I had signed the rental agreement the previous day and every time I called I kept being asked where I sent it to and to resend. Finally, I got access after sharing a Screencast of the signing page and doing a few rounds in Ocean city. The host provides limited personal care items like soap. All other facilities I have been to provide these but I guess now I have to start carrying bath soap, dishwasher soap and other things. Overall, it was great and I would go back again !

Positive: The area and space, everything was close by which made our stay GREAT, neighbors are very friendly too

Negative: It was great,but cleaners did miss some areas but no big deal,also for some reason there was lot of flies all windows and doors were closed.
