Positive: Edmar, May and Anne have constantly made sure I had everything I needed. They always provided great assistance to me. The room was also clean and spacious enough. The location was really great! Really wonderful hotel.

Negative: The only thing I might add here is the thinness of the walls. I was hearing my neighbour very much when he was coughing loudly.

Positive: The location is great the apartment is perfect and Edmar and may have been very extraordinary.

Negative: It is extremely noisy. It begins with street noise because you are on a busy street with all the restaurants but it continues in the night with a discotheque underneath your room and a bar on top. Edmar was very attentive at transferring us to Clarke quay which was perfect. Same location without the noise.

Positive: Edmar and Ryan were helpful. The room was beautiful bigger than expected, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable.

Negative: I didn't like the smell when entering the building—the mix of food odors and perfume at the entrance created a rather strange combination. I paid extra for a river view, but on that side, some bars play music quite loudly. In previous reviews, I read that earplugs were enough to block out the noise, but I could still hear the music even with them. There is a restaurant on the rooftop that operates until midnight, and I could hear the noise of chairs and tables being moved around.
