Negative: The air conditioner was installed right above the bed. It is hard to find a suitable mode to use. I was always in one of the two situations: too cold or too hot.

Positive: Seamless property with no human intervention. Shannen and Yani assisted me on chat for whatever queries I had about check in and finding my access card. Housekeeping came promptly, stay was clean and thoughtful of them to given laundry soap and dish washing soap with all kinds of cutlery. Location is perfect, a separate 5 star for that.

Positive: I came as a solo traveller and stayed here for first time and all the team especially Carms, Mary and Maica are very helpful and always available for help. Facility location is in China Town and everything from Shopping to grocery , souvenirs shops all are just outside the facility. Room is neat and equipped with all necessary items. Laundry also available within the facility. I choose this facility because of 10/10 rating in Singapore Straits and Booking.com and found it the same way. In Simple words it is best.
