Positive: Great location. Very clean. Easy to find. Little extras like dishwasher tabs/shampoo/ washing up liquid was useful.

Positive: Nice clean and spacious flat in good location of Bristol. close to river bars and less than 10 mins from temple meads station good kitchen and washing machine useful.

Negative: check in experience failed. so waited 90 mins for the key to be delivered some small touches would make it even better (micro wave and an iron and ironing board).

Positive: Brilliant location. Nice apartment but too spartan & sterile. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, WiFi, tea/coffee. Has the potential to be an exceptional apartment!

Negative: No TV, no radio, no microwave, no cushions, no wall art, no lamps, no atmosphere, NO SOUL. Luckily I had my phone and laptop to watch the Euro's football. Spend a few quid and make it feel like a home! If I came here with my better half I'd have been in trouble! Miscommunication regarding keys and access. No synchronization of booking.com and hosts invoices.

Positive: Such an excellent spacious apartment, perfect location just a short walk from the station and to harbourside with plenty of options for food and drinks. Equipped with everything you'd need and felt like home away from home, will absolutely be back for my next work trip! Extra points for the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in!! Would definitely benefit from a iron/ironing board and a TV in the lounge.

Negative: Hairdryer and bulb from the bedroom light was missing but didn't really hinder the stay too much

Negative: Window handle in bedroom broken, locksmith released it after his work on the Friday, for which I was very grateful as the day had been warm and therefore the flat was very stuffy and needed airing. No lightbulb in bedroom, also needs a bedside light.
