Positive: It was great to have an apartment with a lounge and living room which was a very short walk to Bristol city centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable and parking was easy to find in the road outside the apartment.

Positive: Great location, very decent price for a group, we had a lot of room. Staff were very friendly.

Negative: There was nothing not to like. Highly recommend this property for 2-4 people.

Positive: quite a big apartment, unusual due to having 2 floors! full equipped kitchen, balcony. Good location not far from the station.

Positive: Having more space than one roomed bedroom in a hotel. Easy in and out access, large bathroom, close to the town amenities, nice and quiet, very comfy beds, great to have a kitchen, good closet space.

Negative: Apartment a bit souless, the light in the kitchen flickers, the light by the single bed near the window has a loose connection in the socket. Would be nice to have local information on the room on sites to visit. The sofa and chairs in lounge are not very comfortable after a long day's walking around. Had much better furniture in other places we stayed at.

Negative: Only downside this visit was that the TV remote didn't work properly so couldn't relax and watch tv. Remote turned on but couldn't select anything. Wasn't worth reporting at the time as it was a small inconvenience. The bowls provided were very small, too small for cereal and way too small for an evening meal
