Summary: Great location and an excellent service. Although we did not have bathrobe tre room was really great added with an ocean view. We would habe liked to have an iron an iron board. The rest was fine although the bed was a little stiff, but thi last point is really a personnal one.

Summary: Conveniently located. not perfect for business travellers as they do not provide adapter for HK electrical outlet and also some difficulties in printer a file pages of documents.

Summary: Great location. Great view of the harbor. Far from the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui, but close enough to be considered convenient. Room is very spacious and clean. My only complaint is they don’t provide the usual disposable comb and cotton buds. Asked for an extra pillow and they said they ran out cos the hotel was fully booked. Also asked to borrow an outlet adaptor, and the lady at the front desk said they do not provide.

Summary: The staff is courteous and friendly. The location is near neighborhood shopping and local eateries. Public transportation near subway is convenient and within walkable distance. There are 3 restaurants within the hotel for convenience dinning. The pool area offers great view of the harbour but some of the tiles near the jacuzzi are old and loose and could be a hazard. All and all it is a very good value and makes for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: The location is very convenient for easy access to transportation, dinning and shopping. The pool is great for swimming but there are loose tiles that can pose a safety hazard. Further the staff from desk, housekeeping and concierge have been helpful and respectful. The check in can be more streamlined and faster to avoid long wait in line.
