Positive: The hotel is very close to the subway station, only a five-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a single bed room, but after learning that two people would be staying, the staff kindly upgraded us to a twin room without hesitation. They really put themselves in our shoes and provided thoughtful service. Thank you so much, and wish the hotel a prosperous business。

Positive: Easy to find, and they have a concierge/guard in the foyer behind the door. It was very quiet and very comfortable, and so so clean! I loved it here.

Positive: It’s close to the place we want to go and close to mtr we save a lot of money. Instead of using a taxi

Positive: Everything was easy. Andy waited for us with a welcome card with instructions, passwords, door pins etc. Downstairs there is a common area like a big living room, kitchen, laundry room, fridge etc. The room had a fridge as well. Very quiet area so we managed to rest very well. The walls between rooms are quite thin, but there is no noise at night. Close to the metro line, bus stations, (you can even reach at 2 am with a night bus), close to the mall, you have small shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are pretty small, but we only used it to sleep. It was very clean, towels provided, no toiletries. Staff was very nice and friendly. Bed was so comfy despite its smaller size. I would say this is a perfect stay if you have a lot of activities planned during the day and you need a safe, clean, comfortable place to crash after.

Positive: It’s a service apartment , the room is bigger than I expected. It’s 5 min away from a MTR station & lots of buses to go anywhere. The area around the hotel has few eateries, but it’s close To Kwa Wan area which has lots of restaurants. The staff at the small reception is very friendly & helpful.
