Negative: Staffs were rigid and inflexible. Especially the ones working the clubhouse. Our group had a lot of young children which weren't issued with a room card. Staffs were unhelpful and unfriendly and insisted that the rules is one person one card to enter.

Positive: Great location to major sites. Easy to get to. Facilities were good overall.

Negative: Bed was too short. My feet were sticking off the end making it uncomfortable to sleep. (I am 185cm tall) Neighbours in adjoining rooms could be quite noisy (3am music playing)

Positive: Very beautiful and neat place close to a shopping mall

Negative: We met no single drinking glass or eating plates in the kitchen. The fact that we were later told cooking utensils was not included in the booking was odd. We had thought a self-catering apartment should have its kitchen permanently equipped with all cooking stuff. Some plates and cooking pots were later provided by the hotel, so everything went well thereafter

Positive: Nice location, constant shuttle into Nathan road was very useful, view of city really nice but not of the city centre

Negative: Pretty sparsely apportioned, not able to open a window, kitchenette available but not able use it because there's no equipment to use it with.
