Positive: Staff were helpful and kind. Location is great - near a mall, airport bus stop and MTR. Pool is beautiful and perfect for hot summer days. Plenty of food options within the hotel and in the mall nearby.

Negative: Pity that we can't have food or drinks at the pool. Spa services are limited.

Positive: Free upgrade, responsive front desk and cleanness. Also very quiet room with a beautiful view.

Negative: Location on the map looked good but the hotel is not walkable to anywhere as it is on the hill and isolated. There is a shuttle per hour but you need to plan. No bottle of water upon arrival and the horrible looking fridge was empty. No socket by the bedside table so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Summary: Clean and quiet.

Positive: Property kinda of old but it is clean. Good location.

Positive: A very large suite for the money we paid (with a free upgrade from Booking.com) which had a lounge, kitchen and separate bedroom with en suite bathroom. The hotel is very convenient for the metro at Hung Hom.

Negative: Hong Kong law now forbids them from giving complimentary toiletries and water so unless you want to pay the concierge for water (excessively priced at $5 for a 360ml bottle) then you need to bring your own; unfortunately the surrounding are a is not well supplied with late night shops (there are two 7-11 branches but google maps seemed pretty useless around the hotel area) so be aware and bring your own water and anything else you need.
