Hamilton, a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self-contained holiday home to suit couples or families with the public playground and pristine white sandy beach just across the road.
Hamilton boasts panoramic beach and sea views from the balcony and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Smart TV, complimentary WIFI, washing machine, shower, ironing facilities, hooded gas BBQ, R/C air-conditioner upstairs, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, family size fridge/freezer and full size stove.
Please note that this is not a serviced apartment and the top and bottom storeys are only connected via exterior doors.

Getting There & Whats On
Kangaroo Island is easily accessed by either a 30 minute flight from Adelaide or a 45 minute Sealink ferry crossing from Cape Jervis, a 2 hour drive south of Adelaide. These services operate all year round. You can bring your own car via the ferry or there are hire cars operating from Kingscote, Penneshaw or the airport.
Kangaroo Island is home to many native animals and has diverse landscapes in cliffs, sand dunes, bush land, farming land and beautiful beaches including Emu Bay. There is much to see and do so please give yourself enough time to see the sites.

Summary: We loved our stay at Hamilton. It was clean and well equipped. We had 2 families so the two seperate living areas was absolutely perfect. But it was the spot that was the highlight. Amazing views from the deck. Short hop to the jetty, beach and boat ramp. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. And to top it off - the cocktails served from Beach Days was the perfect way to finish off our island holidaying days. We were already making plans on coming back

Summary: Fantastic location overlooking Emu Bay. 2 living area, upstairs & downstairs helping keep a toddler safe. Stairs are steep but you can walk around the house to the back-door entrance.

Summary: The fire place and view and set up was a perfect fit for our group. Everything we needed was supplied. Had to forage for our kindling and ran out of fire lighters but we managed a fire each night. Plenty of relaxing space in and out the home. Wi-fi option would have been handy just to plan our days due to no optus service in the area.
