Summary: We stayed 3 nights at Fairview Beach House. Great view. Short walk to the water. Sleeps up to 11, great for a family get away. Could do with a good garden tidy up, front and back. View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day.

Summary: The property was well-presented and neat with all basic amenities. The property owner/manager was very accommodating and understanding and was just a call (Telstra Network only and no other) away should you encounter any unexpected issues at the property.
