Positive: * Michael and Laura have beautiful home and were very welcoming and accommodating. * Laura offered meatloaf and a smoothie, both which were delicious.
Negative: * It wasn’t a big deal for us, but the property is a good 20-25 miles from downtown Hilo. * The frogs at night are really loud. Nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t remedy.

Positive: Comfortable space and bed. Full sized tub and closet. A few steps to a great pool that gets plenty of sunshine. Laura and Michael are lovely and generous hosts who respect privacy in close quarters while giving you access to their kitchen and living room. Wonderful garden around the property. You’re 30 minutes from Hilo, 40 minutes to Volcano National Park and lava rock shores
Negative: You have to love coqui frogs! They are very present at night. There is a ceiling and portable fan that masks them pretty well

Positive: The unit was fantastic and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely book this unit again if the need arises, and recommend it to my friends. The property was very quiet and serene and you can relax by the pool after a long day out and about. I loved it!
