Positive: Every detail was well thought out and beautiful. From the decor to the staff uniforms. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful, and the little extras very much appreciated

Negative: My menu choices but completely my fault. I assumed the Carpaccio included finely sliced beef not just tomatoes. It was beautiful just not what I expected and my poached eggs were overcooked at breakfast but again, I should have asked for them to be cooked the way I like them.

Positive: Loved everything! All the little details that make your stay extra special like breakfast included, the free ice cream from 3pm around the pool, welcome drink and a complementary 30 minute cold plunge and sauna. We had dinner at the restaurant food and staff were amazing! The interior was beautiful. Definitely will be back.

Negative: It was a hot day and aircon didn’t cool the room down enough and it was on the lowest.

Positive: Loved the vibe. Loved the pool.

Negative: At times the service could have been better. Don’t get me wrong we loved it and will be back. A few times we asked questions and we never got a reply. Also our lunch dishes by the pool remained there all afternoon. They should have been cleared away.
