Positive: lovely family run guest house. the staff was welcoming and they prepared both dinner and breakfast for us which were delicious, all home made, we felt like being at home with our family. the rooms are big with a shared bathroom and the house is a typical traditional one from the region

Positive: We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room with a lovely terrace offering a stunning view. The shared facilities were excellent — a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and secure parking in the courtyard. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were treated to a delicious homemade dinner and a very good breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A peaceful place with great amenities and warm hospitality — we would recommend it!

Positive: We had an incredible stay at in Koba's home. Everybody made us feel very welcome. Natalie's cooking (breakfast and dinner) was delicious, with all ingredients being home grown. We were also served regional specialties which would be difficult to find elsewhere. Koba treated us to some of homemade wine and spirit, both of which were very tasty. We even got some interesting insights into the Georgian rural life as Koba let us try using his scythe to cut grass for hay. As for the place itself, their home was spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The view from the balcony was amazing. Everything you might need is available, and the family are more than happy to help.

Negative: This is not a negative for me, but rather something to bear in mind for your stay. It is a rural farmhouse area, so there will be animals such as cows, chickens and dogs. The roosters can also be loud in the morning, which is great if you want an earlier start to explore the area haha.

Summary: Incredible hospitality, delicious food and clean homestay in a gorgeous area.

Positive: This is a family-run business and they really make you feel at home; everybody is extremely welcoming. The house is located about 12km from Vardzia, so it is very convenient. We had the best dinner/breakfast ever, we were also served home-made wine. Natalia goes above and beyond to provide the best experience and prepares fantastic meals; she also helps with the translation. Highly recommended.

Positive: A very beautiful place with lovely and helpful owner. Its not a typical guesthouse, its more a bigger traditional family home what makes it even more special and authentic. Rooms are comfortable, the views are beautiful and the breakfast is the Best we have eaten in Georgia. We wish we could stay longer.

Negative: The road in the Village to the place is not the best, you need to drive very carefully if its dark and you may have problems to find it.

Positive: A charming homestay in a quiet rural location. Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which comprised a range of delicious homegrown and homemade items, including the milk, cream, cheese, preserves, bread, etc. It was such a treat eating that lovely food on the upstairs balcony, overlooking the valley.

Negative: Our room was cold and needed a heater.
