Positive: We absolutely loved this cozy and nice corner in a small village. The rooms were clean and big. The hospitality of the owners is something exceptional. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The dinner was a great testemony of Georgian typical food and offered a possibility to taste different plates, although we weren't able to eat all this great amount of food. Everything was delicious.

Negative: Only the fact we weren't able to stay longer.

Positive: Beautiful garden, nice and quiet, great and big breakfast, parking available and close to Vardzia caves. Good size room with a private bathroom and a good shower. The mini fridge in the room was also great to have. Good AC.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, the location felt peaceful, and the garden was beautiful. The staff were always smiling and so kind :)

Negative: We had an issue at breakfast: we asked it for 9:00, but it seems the staff didn’t notice us and then asked us to have it at 10:00 when we were checking out. Also, we weren’t aware that drinks aren’t included in the dinner package. It’s fine, but it would have been helpful to know in advance.

Positive: STOP HERE AND STAY 2 NIGHTS! We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Tsotne‘s Kingdom — a true little kingdom created with an incredible amount of work, love, and dedication. Tsotne is a young Georgian host who started this project with his parents only a few years ago, transforming their former farm into a beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. You can feel everywhere how much effort and heart has been put into the whole place - and he just finished two cottages. Check the pictures! The hospitality was exceptional. Tsotne was very kind, welcoming, and is currently learning English, which made the experience even more personal and authentic. His mother prepared dinner for us, and it was excellent — very tasty and very generous. The breakfast was also delicious and it was plenty… The whole property is quiet, idyllic, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden where you can easily spend time relaxing. It is also a great place for small walks, for example to Tmogvi Fortress, or simply to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you are on your way to Vardzia and the cave monasteries, you should definitely stop here. In our opinion, it is worth staying at least one night, better even two. Places like this deserve support because they are built with passion, hard work, and genuine hospitality. A clear 10/10 experience. Highly recommended — do not just pass by, stop here, stay overnight, and definitely enjoy the food. Tsotne, to you and your family: all the best and we will be back 100% when we come to Georgia!

Positive: I stayed in a cottage at this new place near Vardzia, and it was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing, and the environment was very peaceful. Although it was rainy and a bit cold outside, the cottage was super warm and cozy. I think it is the best option if you are visiting Vardzia.💯 I highly recommend it—the hospitality was wonderful, Communication was easy because a young man was speaking English, I asked and he gave us some advice about our trip. both dinner and breakfast were really, really delicious. I truly felt what Georgian food is like; it was excellent. 👏🏻 The price was appropriate for everything offered, this experience was wort this price. If you visit Vardzia, you MUST stay there to experience real Georgian hospitality, the beautiful environment, and the cuisine. I truly plan to come back next year. I highly recommend it❤️💯
